Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote (India-based),

Duration: Contract to hire- 06 Months
Shift: UK Shift

Remote role with possible occasional Travel to Chennai Office..

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a key role in following up and coordinating with Tech due Diligence teams and multiple stakeholders.

Should have prior experience working with cross functional teams based in India and US. Should be able to handle multiple short term projects.

Prior Experience working in Agile/Scrum Software Development environment.

Prior exposure of mergers and acquisitions process. Will report to CTO.

Should have solid experience PM tools, JIRA and Hands on Excel reporting.

Should have solid experience of reporting, meetings and presentations


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate the Tech Due Diligence process. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of Project Management experience, a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and experience working on multiple short-term projects. You will be responsible for liaising with tech teams and stakeholders across India and the US, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Tech Due Diligence team and multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely project execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across India and the US.
  • Manage multiple short-term projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient delivery within timelines.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies in project environments, facilitating stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives.
  • Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to the CTO and other key stakeholders.
  • Use Project Management tools like JIRA and Excel to track progress, risks, and deliverables.
  • Lead meetings and ensure clear communication across all teams.
  • Support the mergers and acquisitions process by providing relevant reports and analysis.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams based in India and the US.
  • Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies within software development environments.
  • Exposure to mergers and acquisitions processes is a must.
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools such as JIRA and advanced Excel reporting.
  • Strong experience in preparing reports, leading meetings, and delivering presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in UK shift hours.
