CloudRay, Inc and its sister company Genie Healthcare, based in East Windsor, NJ, are well-established staffing and recruitment companies with over 15 years of experience in IT and Medical staffing, serving satisfied clients in every corner of the nation. We are now branching into industrial staffing. As a part of our growth, we are actively seeking motivated Industrial Recruiter to join our dynamic team at CloudRay, Inc.

Job Description:
* Identify and source potential labor candidates through various channels, including online job boards, local networks, and community organizations.
* Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including phone interviews, to evaluate qualifications, experience, and readiness for the roles.
* Match the candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and availability.
* Assist in the onboarding process, including conducting background checks, verifying credentials, and ensuring candidates meet necessary requirements.
* Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and company policies, including labor laws and safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions, ensuring a high level of data integrity.
* Stay informed about labor market trends, wage rates, and industry dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Qualifications:
* Proven track record as a recruiter, particularly in high-volume labor recruitment, including staffing for both seasonal and long-term positions in temporary facilities
* Knowledge of labor recruitment techniques and best practices
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
