Job description

Looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer for a 100% remote position available to candidates within the USA.

Summary:

The client is seeking a well-rounded Senior DevOps Engineer with experience in CI/CD, configuration management, and enterprise-level software deployment, particularly in Linux environments. The ideal candidate should be proficient in at least one programming language, have a strong focus on quality software, and possess the curiosity and problem-solving skills necessary to identify and implement scalable solutions. Strong communication and organizational abilities are also essential for success in this role.

Strong demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines , internal configuration management tools, GitHub / GitHub Enterprise, or equivalent
Demonstrated experience deploying, operating, and maintaining enterprise-level software and systems and Linux administration
Expertise with at least one of the following languages: Golang (Go), Python, Ruby, Rust
A strong interest and obsession with building quality software focused on enabling developers to iterate on their ideas
A natural curiosity to identify gaps and propose scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and opportunities for automation
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Strong Opinions, Weakly Held
