Job Description

Role Description:

2+ years of IBMi monitoring experience
Experience performing backups.
Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
Strong communication and personal interaction skills.
Ability to work in a flexible shift environment (24 x 7)

Competencies: Digital : EMC Cloud Infrastructure and Services (CIS)
