What you will be doingAct as the key bridge between clinical teams, customers, and product development, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and clinical workflows.Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to map out workflows, prioritize features, and identify pain points that the product should address.Partner closely with design teams to deliver a high-quality user experience that reflects an understanding of the clinical environment and user behavior.Serve as the primary interface between the development team and the customer, gathering feedback, ensuring alignment, and communicating updates.Work closely with technical counterparts to ensure user stories, epics, and product backlogs are effectively defined to meet user needs.Lead user-story mapping, use case development, and product design discussions in collaboration with both internal teams and external users.Ensure product design aligns with clinical best practices, regulatory standards, and the overall product vision.Conduct user research and partner with Human Factors teams on usability studies to continuously refine the product and improve the user experience.Work with the marketing and sales teams to communicate the product's value proposition and assist in go-to-market strategies.What you need BA/BS in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of experience working with healthcare technologies, preferably in a customer-facing role.Demonstrated ability to understand clinical workflows and translate them into high-quality product solutions.Experience working on cloud-hosted products for healthcare or other regulated environments.Strong grasp of healthcare regulations, data privacy, and security principles relevant to patient data.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with both technical and clinical stakeholders.Proven ability to deliver exceptional UX/UI experiences in complex, regulated environments.You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will:
