The Opportunity
Within Aeroflow, the Product Engineering team is composed of 50 team members including Software Engineers, Product Owners, Quality Testers, UX and UI experts.
- We focus on delivering high quality, best in class digital products and experiences to our patients and our internal colleagues.
- We support all Aeroflow’s business units: Breast Pumps, Diabetes, Urology and Sleep.
Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Product Owner. As a Product Owner you will be expected to:
- Own the generation, prioritization and grooming of the product backlog and quarterly product roadmap based on business KPIs and goals.
- Identify MVP feature set that will influence business KPIs and goals.
- Own the generation of functional requirements for all features for your division becoming SME on those.
- Actively participate in ensuring the quality completion of features executed by your team and teams outside of your division.
- Accountable for aligning the dev team workload and prioritization of that workload to directly support the businesses KPIs and Goals as identified by the Business
- Advocate for your assigned business unit and products within the technology team.
- Owner and steward of patient-facing and employee-facing technology tools and experiences.
- Servant leader who is responsible for organizing, collaborating, and communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of business and product objectives.
- Develop a mastery of product features which support both the business goals and end users needs
- Facilitate product execution and participate in agile development process through effective prioritization, iteration planning, backlog grooming, and review.
- Develop detailed project plans with technical dependencies, create and define project tasks based on requirements.
- Facilitate estimation as needed for prioritization and evaluation of ROI.
- Facilitate the entire product lifecycle: discovery, ux design, testing, planning, development, QA, UAT, deployment, Testing….
- Maintain the project scope, timeline, and the quality of the end product.
- Facilitate change management, including end-user training with stakeholders.
- Assist in removing impediments that block team progress and escalate when appropriate with recommendations for resolution for the benefit of your business unit
- Generate reporting to track and manage project and product progress, risks, blockers and solutions.
- Identify features and software improvements that solve for business problems and drivers.
- Define and implement measures and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of the feature.
- Observe data and kpis to evaluate software health and well-being. Leverage data on existing experiences to make recommendations to your business unit or stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for data driven decision making user testing, a/b testing, data mining and facilitate execution of data collection and leverage to make recommendations to your business unit or stakeholders.
- Maintain an understanding of the operating environment and internal processes and procedures that may affect the project's success; serve as point of contact for stakeholders as needed
- Nurture ideas and feedback from internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years, typical 6 years of project management, product owner, product manager, ecommerce manager or software delivery manager experience supporting web application or ecommerce development teams.
- Expert in project management ticketing and documentation tools.
- Comfortable managing software documentation and development best practices.
- Very familiar with the web development process from ideation to launch and SDLC concepts.
- Comfortable operating within Agile and Scrum Methodology.
- Expert in managing the discovery and product ideation and evaluation process.
- Very proficient in collaborating with UX design and UX research to ensure solutions are both functional and deliver the best possible user experience.
- Data and results minded. Familiar with various methodologies of gathering and evaluating end user generated data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop strong, positive relationships with team members and customers.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to build extensive knowledge of the product and the market
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence others in an assertive and yet positive manager
- Ability to serve as technical liaison between business clients and engineering in topics such as data transformation, site configuration, and site management as well as the ability to learn other relevant technical topics for delivering an enterprise ecommerce web application.
- Expertise working with the following tools and applications: Jira and Confluence, Slack, Google docs, sheets, gmail, gchat and google meet
- 2+ Professional references

- Expertise working with the following tools and applications: Figma, GA4, Quicksite/looker studio, Noibu/Clarity or similar system for session viewing and issue collection.
- Basic SQL knowledge/familiarity
- Experience researching within the healthcare space.
- Experience Managing projects on the Adobe Commerce platform.
- Experience Managing projects on the Alokai Platform.
- Experience Managing projects on React based platforms.
