JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Marketing is a critical component of the larger marketing organization given that our focus is on overall retention of clients and expansion of those clients’ partnership with Net Health. We build marketing programs designed to enhance our client experience, build brand advocates, monitor customer satisfaction, and identify programs that will drive retention and expansion. On a tactical level, programs include overall positioning of Net Health, email campaigns, content campaigns, events (virtual & live), 3rd party software review site monitoring, and retention and expansion campaigns to drive increased revenue.

As the Customer Marketing Coordinator, this entry-level position will focus on helping to support and own key tactics of the group’s marketing programs, as highlighted below.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Event activation: Help oversee tactics related to virtual and live event management – setting up webinars, managing live event invitees and registration, on-site support for live events.
  • Customer List Management: Marketing programs require a close attention to detail and reporting around email send lists, event invite lists, customer satisfaction metrics, revenue rank and reporting and more. Focus on overall management of lists and grow to become the authority on our customer universe.
  • Customer Database: Assist in management and cross-team cleanup of our customer database in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Respond to list inquiries, client issues, correct labeling of clients, database concerns, etc.
  • Advocacy Program: Support the Manager in executing tactics & gifting related to our advocacy program.
  • 3rd Party Review Sites: Oversee and manage 3rd party review sites in partnership with demand generation team. Report on key customer sentiment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Entry level role with a passion for marketing, marketing technology & communications
  • Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting. Ability to interpret data to make informed decisions about campaign performance.
  • Learning Orientation: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and marketing strategies.

REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

  • Marketing Automation Platforms: Familiarity with a marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo). Experience with campaign setup and basic automation tasks is a plus.
  • CRM Platforms: Basic knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, including understanding how to track leads and manage customer data.
