We are dedicated to helping business owners understand their financials.

We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper who will collaborate closely with the Account Manager on client strategy, execution, and monthly reporting.

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing client accounts, and ensuring that financial data is processed according to company policies. You will ensure timely and high-quality financial reports that empower our clients to make better business decisions.

The job requires working in a structured environment with clear expectations and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Although you will need to make quick decisions, maintaining accuracy and adhering to company standards is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly transactions for clients in QBO, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Prepare and file payroll and sales tax returns.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple clients.
  • Prepare and review weekly client dashboards, cash forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Meet with clients via Zoom to discuss financial reports and business strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with clients via email regarding their financials and questions.
  • Provide support on other financial projects and assignments as needed.
  • Adhere to established company policies, ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a focus on client management in an accounting environment.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks Online is REQUIRED, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Experience managing multiple clients, balancing varied tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
