Job Description: 

The Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) will be responsible for developing strategies to improve the effectiveness and overall value between CSIPay and key customer, vendor and partner accounts as assigned.  The SPM will act as the focal point of contact with these accounts to define common goals, set strategic priorities and requirements, provide bidirectional communications and streamline process to achieve mutual value. 

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Positioning CSIPay as a partner that adds value to their businesses by leading and interacting with channel partners and processors with a high level of integrity and trust.
  • Understanding accounts corporate initiatives to demonstrate how alignment with CSIPay drives value in a quantifiable way and how those initiatives may drive process or functional changes with the products and services CSIPay provides or receives.
  • Expanding our relationships at all touchpoints within accounts including the executive level.
  • Communicating with assigned accounts on a regular basis and respond to specific queries.
  • Collaborate with CSIPay teams accordingly to understand and inform how internal and external changes will impact CSIPay and the accounts’ businesses.
  • Act as the focal point of contact and liaison between assigned accounts and CSIPay teams including Product Integration, Support and Risk, etc.
  • Ability to handle a large workload through strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Understand the financial and resources aspects of each account and what those mean to CSIPay's short - and long-term objectives.
  • Provide ongoing internal reporting and analysis to assist with accurate revenue recognition and forecasting by CSIPay management.
  • Suggest product and process improvements that will increase mutual value for CSIPay and strategic accounts.
  • Negotiating: Understand market and current pricing for payment processing solutions for each Channel Partner’s industry or their competitors to make pricing recommendations and create pricing proposals for their merchant base
  • Strategic Agility: Assist with creating and helping to manage and execute both a strategic and tactical sales plan to guide and achieve Channel Partners’ Payment and SaaS revenue goals for current and new books of business

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience

  • BS degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years Strategic Relationship Manager, Account Manager or Project Manager.
  • Proven written and oral communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced skills with Excel.
  • Ability to understand others through advanced listening and comprehension skills.
  • Understanding of Credit card processing and sales process.
  • Ability to travel for account meetings and industry trade shows as needed.
