As a Modern Workplace Solution Architect - Core Services, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions focused on core platform services. Your expertise will be crucial in driving M365 migrations and other modern workplace initiatives. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop comprehensive solutions, and guide them through the digital transformation process.
Responsibilities:
Design and architect modern workplace solutions, with a primary focus on M365 migrations and related technologies
Drive opportunities through the sales cycle, from initial client engagement to solution delivery
Develop detailed technical proposals, cost estimates, and Statements of Work
Collaborate with delivery and project management teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Stay current with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices in the modern workplace domain
Engage with C-level executives to present solutions and address technical inquiries
Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies within the organization
Provide thought leadership and drive innovation in modern workplace solutions
Requirements:
BS/BA in Information Technology, related major or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience designing and architecting innovative solutions for clients involving Microsoft 365, migrations and related Modern Workplace technologies.
Experience implementing end-to-end projects with an expertise in Microsoft 365 and other Modern Workplace technologies
Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies
Proven experience in designing and implementing M365 migrations
Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) architecture and deployment
Hands-on experience with Windows 365 (W365) implementations
Strong knowledge of M365 workload administration and workload migration, including:
Expertise in migration tools, including:
Experience with identity and access management solutions
Experience with hybrid cloud environments
Knowledge of change management and user adoption strategies
Understanding of security and compliance requirements in cloud environments
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks
Experience presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to drive solutions through complex sales cycles
Travel for Armanino business and clients, as needed
Preferred skills and experience:
Microsoft 365 Certifications, such as, Enterprise Administrator, Security Administrator, Messaging Administrator, Teams Administrator Associate, Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate or Endpoint Administrator Associate (Modern Desktop Administrator Associate)
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Certifications or advanced training in ShareGate, BitTitan, Quest, or other migration and coexistence tools
