**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and driven **Sales Representative IT Service Delivery** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and driving sales for IT infrastructure services. The succesful candidate would have prior experience working for organizations such as HCL, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Capgemini, and IBM. The role focuses on selling service delivery solutions across various verticals including infrastructure management, application development, consulting services, and digital transformation solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities in IT infrastructure service delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in prospective client organizations.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT infrastructure service solutions
- Present and promote service delivery offerings such as infrastructure management, consulting services, cloud solutions, and application development.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with potential clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT service delivery space, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of service delivery solutions in areas like cloud services, digital transformation, infrastructure management, and application services.
- Experience working with or selling services from companies such as Deloitte, PwC, Capgemini, HCL, TCS, Wipro, Accenture or IBM.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Understanding of IT outsourcing models and managed services.
- Established network in relevant industries or verticals.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
