The Programmer will be responsible for the development and/or maintenance of reports and templates using Crystal Reports, SQL Scripting, SSRS Reporting, and visual studios. The IT Department supports all departments in meeting their Member & Provider communication needs, as well as developing processes through technology to streamline or meet compliance needs.
Job Summary Details
- Knowledge to program into Crystal Reports (2013 or higher)
- Create letter templates for Member and Provider communications, based on client requirements
- Ability to code in SQL
- Further advance/improve process & software
- Participate in projects throughout the complete life cycle
- Develop programs based on business requirements
- Ability to develop and support complex application programs & reports
- Analyze data applications
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree-in Information Technology or related field
- 2+ years' related experience using Crystal reporting and templates
Specific Skills/Knowledge
- Advanced experience using Crystal Reports (2013 or higher); ability to create letters and templates
- Strong attention to detail to perform tasks accurately and meticulously
- Able to work both as a team and on their own
- Experience in the Healthcare industry (preferably dental) a plus
- Microsoft Reporting (SQL 2019 or higher)
- Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate or advanced knowledge of Access and Excel)
- Please be prepared to complete online skills assessments as part of the application process
- Knowledge of writing SQL and Queries
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and good time management

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Liberty, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
