We are seeking a talented MSP Partner Enablement Manager to play a pivotal role in defining and executing enablement solutions tailored to drive revenue growth across 1Password's MSP Partners. Success for this role will be measured by creating a world-class enablement ecosystem that achieves activity-based metrics and improves key sales metrics to meet MSP sales targets. This role fosters innovative, cohesive training and enablement strategies that align with marketing, sales enablement, and training efforts for our partner teams.

This is a remote opportunity within US/Canada.

What we're looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience working with channel resellers, carriers, MSP, or distribution organization.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in enablement.
  • Demonstrated program management experience, successfully delivering large-scale projects with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of training program structures.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Strong business acumen and sound judgment, with the ability to understand customer needs and shape enablement initiatives accordingly.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional senior stakeholders and deliver results in a global, cross-functional organization.
  • Willingness to dive into the details to ensure successful program delivery.
  • A passion for partners, with a deep curiosity to understand their needs and challenges and find ways to accelerate their success.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • What you can expect:
  • Develop and manage dynamic enablement solutions that empower MSP partners to work more effectively, reinforce best practices, increase knowledge, boost user adoption, uncover new opportunities, and enhance individual and team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the training needs and knowledge gaps of MSP partners, ensuring alignment for successful partner enablement execution.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments with partner stakeholders, translating business needs into clear project requirements that drive scalable and repeatable enablement solutions.
  • Gather feedback from subject matter experts and deliver resources that address business needs.
  • Create and communicate implementation strategies to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring progress aligns with targeted objectives for each initiative.
  • Establish and enhance partner training certification programs, strengthening partnerships, enhancing brand recognition, and driving sales.
  • Work closely with the GTM Enablement team to maintain partner e-learning platforms, tools, and key stakeholder engagement, ensuring programs are effective and meet global channel goals.
  • Develop feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of enablement and training certification programs.
  • Prioritize and adjust workload as needed to meet team timelines and processes.
