Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our esteemed pediatric therapy clinic located in Cupertino, California. With over 30 years of experience in providing exceptional care to children and families in the Bay Area, we pride ourselves on our commitment to empowering those we serve. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home one day a week, while contributing to a meaningful mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close the clinic
  • Greet clients and ensure a welcoming experience
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
  • Handle billing and payment processes
  • Assist clients through phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Review and manage client documentation
  • Create and maintain client profiles
  • Organize and clean the office and restrooms
  • Oversee clinic volunteers
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinate clinic events and activities
  • Handle various in-office projects
  • Track and order clinic supplies
  • Assist with additional tasks as required

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from \(22 to \)25, based on experience
  • Full-time position with benefits eligibility after 90 days
