Position at LeadVenture

Recruiting Coordinator - 6 month fixed term
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Effectively support the needs of varying stakeholders and manage against tight hiring deadlines.
  • Post job openings on relevant job boards and assist with employer branding and advertisement initiatives.
  • Partner with talent acquisition team to review candidates and assist with interview scheduling and assessment processes. 
  • Maintain attention to detail in all communications with the talent acquisition team, candidates, and documentation / updates within applicant tracking system (ATS). 
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. 
 
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:  
  • 1+ years recruiting experience within a corporate, startup, and/or SaaS environment.
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and build collaborative relationships in a remote environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment and to ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, facilitate projects and business processes and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual communication skills – fluency in both English and Spanish
 
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • 1+ years’ experience working in global talent acquisition, having supported recruitment across LATAM
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative to deliver results.
  • MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required. Jobvite ATS experience preferred.
