Role Overview:
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Growth Marketer to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, versatile marketer who can navigate the complexities of the fintech industry and deliver measurable results across multiple channels. You’ll be responsible for driving member growth at Titan.
What You’ll Do:
Growth Channel Experiments. Strategy, planning, execution, reporting. Think Affiliate, Search, Referrals & Paid.
Growth Experiments: “Growth hacking” → Design experiments based on data that increases signups, or improves onboarding. Strategy, planning, execution, reporting. Think ASO, CRO, onboarding funnels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or other relevant field.
4 + years experience in scaling user acquisition for mobile apps or digital products.
Excellent knowledge of performance marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Programmatic).

Compensation:
Anticipated annual salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 plus company stock options + benefits (see above).
At Titan, we are committed to offering competitive compensation package for our valued team members, as well as attract and retain a top talent pool that is aligned with our culture, mission, and values. This salary range represents Titan’s reasonable estimated possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
The final salary for this position will be determined in sole discretion of Titan, depending on applicable laws, and based on a variety of factors, such as employee’s work experience, skills, qualifications for the role, and location, and may differ from the amounts listed above.
