Job Overview
The Account Coordinator, LCFS supports SCS staff and our clients through the Low Carbon Fuels Standard (LCFS) and Renovabio verification processes and is responsible for the management and organization of client data and files. This role maintains program files and client records, works with staff and contract auditors, manages auditor workloads, uploads client information into databases, and issues certificates, work orders, and invoices. The Account Coordinator, LCFS supports the Program Manager and Program Coordinator in the administration of certification activities and helps create process efficiencies.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Engage with clients, affiliates, and partners by responding promptly to their questions and requests
- Provide support in understanding requirements, and develop relationships with clients as knowledge base expands
- Complete database uploads and manage packet data, create and send certificates and invoices, and create work orders for initial and renewal clients
- Track and manage client deadlines for program correspondence and certification issues
- Coordinate with technical staff to ensure timely service delivery and solutions that meet global clients’ and program needs
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are established and clearly understood by staff and contract auditors
- Review all expense reports for SCS staff and regional auditors
- Support the maintenance and implementation of program quality system by organizing and maintaining client files and documents, program procedures, protocols, and forms, and progress tracking to maintain compliance with SCS quality management systems and/or the rules of the relevant certification scheme
- Support Program Manager to develop program guidance updates and templates for internal and external communications
- Provide audit and/or inspection assignments to staff and contract auditors
- Manage auditor and/or inspector schedules, workloads, and travel budgets; carry out travel booking and logistics as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field or
- 3+ years of professional experience in business administration and experience in project or program coordination, client interface, and data entry
- Ability to complete time-sensitive projects and provide realistic deadlines
- Ability to adapt to frequent timeline changes with complex, long-term projects
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Experience in data management and customer service
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience using database systems and remote applications for communication such as Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.
- Initiative and ability to work independently; responsive and adaptive to team environment
- Commitment to SCS values and environmental issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated abilities in critical analysis
- Experience with Salesforce
- Verbal and written proficiency in Spanish

Working Remotely
At this time, SCS Global Services is recruiting all open roles to be remote; allowing our employees the ability to work flexibly and allowing SCS as a company to diversify the experience and perspectives of our growing workforce. This role will be based out of your home office.

8,000-10,000 (BRL) Per Month
