, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support
KITS and our government customer.

Koniag Government Services is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to support the US Department of State, through dynamic and fast-paced development and management of the Global Public Affairs web assets. The goal of this position is to coordinate high-level activities to move content from one website design to another in an orderly fashion coordinating all activities to create a seamless transition.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- This position will migrate a web site from one theme to another instance using another theme by coordinating and planning all activities with stakeholders and establishing strong deadlines.
- This is a combination of project planning and content editing while pulling resources across engineering, testing, operations and users to understand what occurs with each migration and streamline the processes for future migrations in an organized manner.
- Assist IT Team in maintenance and updating of .gov website
- Ensure strong status communication and coordination among all key stakeholders
Required Skills/Experience:
- Working with WordPress websites and migration of content to new themes
- Working across cross functional teams with strong project management skills.
- Experience in preparing documents and status reports
- Experience with UI/UX tools and design
- Collaborating with a cross functional team of developers and communication professionals
- Coordinating and participating in quality assurance of the site.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Project Planning with both Microsoft Project as well as Agile tools such as Jira.
- Web site migration background to include customer outreach a
- UI/UX experience to include using graphic tools
- Social Media Experience
- Agile experience

Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
