We’re looking for an Ad Operations Analyst who’s detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be someone who ensures smooth running ad campaigns by managing tasks like account setups and agency account testing, keeping our ads running smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will:

💡 Manage new user and agency account setups

💡 Ensure compliance and optimise ad performance across Meta, Google, and TikTok

💡 Handle account top-offs and ensure continuous ad spend

💡 Conduct quality assurance on tracking systems

💡 Engage with user comments and drive potential sales

💡 Provide daily performance reports and tracking updates



Working Hours ⏰: This part-time role requires approximately 20 hours per week, offering flexible working hours. However, availability during training and a minimum of 2 hours of overlap with the team in US Central Time is essential.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ Proven experience (1-2 years +) in digital marketing or ad operations

✅ Excellent US English writing skills

✅ Familiarity with platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok

✅ Strong technical skills for account setup, troubleshooting, and data accuracy

✅ Excellent attention to detail

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment

Brownie points:

⭐ Experience with media buying reporting systems for campaign tracking

⭐ Ability to forecast media buy spend from past trends

⭐ Understanding user engagement techniques to drive sales

⭐ Experience in performance reporting
