Job Description:

On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Technical Systems Lead to work with project management and resources to collect requirements, define scope, and oversee development regarding APMO technical solutions for project management (Smartsheet, PowerBI, SharePoint, Jira, etc.


Responsibilities:

• Work with project management and resources to collect requirements, define scope, and oversee development regarding APMO technical solutions for project management (Smartsheet, PowerBI, SharePoint, Jira, etc)

• Manage and support the development of Financial Framework technical solution(s) and automation

• Manage and support the development of Org Chart and resource management automated technical solutions

• Manage and support the technical implementation of updated risk/issue and decision framework

• Manage and support the technical implementation of updated Change Request processes

• Manage and support the creation of Smartsheet dashboards, reports, and logs to inform Phase Gate processes

• Manage and support the creation of Smartsheet dashboards, reports, and logs to inform status reporting processes

• Manage and support the creation of Smartsheet dashboards, reports, and work plans to support all Advance-related work plans

Qualifications:

• Experience working in large healthcare organizations

• Experience working at Fraser Health

• Experience working on healthcare initiatives/projects

• Possess exceptional English language oral and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

• Must be comfortable presenting to the executive level

• Possess a project management professional (PMP) designation or equivalent

• Experience of 10+ years

• Experience working with multiple stakeholder (business, clinical, technical) groups

Desired qualifications:

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Strong technical skills or IT background

• Strong team management skills that motivate and encourage collaboration in the project team

• Ability to manage multiple clinical and vendor stakeholders

• Strong organizational and project planning ability

• Previous experience in managing enterprise-wide projects

• Previous experience in managing complex technical and clinical integration projects

Hourly rate: $95 per hour
