VP of Product

This is a remote position.

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s mission and market opportunities.
  
• Identify new product opportunities through market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.
  
• Implement AI and machine learning solutions, bringing innovative products to market.
  

• Lead, mentor, and grow the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
  
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
  

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
  
• Ensure alignment between product vision and execution.
  

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points, using insights to drive product development.
  
• Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust strategies as needed.
  
• Work closely with Revenue Operations and Marketing teams to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  

• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform decision-making.
  
• Utilize data analytics to drive product improvements and innovation.
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the SaaS industry.
  
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
  
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience leading remote teams.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
  
• Proficiency in product management tools and analytics platforms.
  
• A passion for helping businesses grow, with deep empathy for customer needs.
  
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and high performance in previous roles.
