Roles and Responsibility

You will be an APP Application Engineer in our Industrial Adhesives Business Division.

Your responsibilities include:

• Technical customer support for APP business
• Internal and external technical support to expand sales of products for Lamination, Tape & Label and Paper Solutions
  • internal evaluation, line support, customer negotiation, complaint handling, etc.

Minimum Requirements

• Basic chemical knowledge
• Sales fundamentals
• Presentation skills
• Strong industry knowledge of lamination-related (urethane) technologies, labeling-related (pressure sensitive hot melt) technologies, paper-related (emulsion) technologies, or a deep knowledge of related technologies
• Experience working in a plant (5 years)
  • chemical or manufacturing industry preferred but not required
• Native level of Japanese
• Willingness to learn and use English

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in paper-related emulsion technology
• Experience with lamination converters
• English conversation ability

• Ability to carefully observe phenomena and understand/propose problems and areas for improvement

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Minoh, Osaka

Annual Salary: 6M - 7M JPY
・Willing to discuss and negotiate depending on current salary, experience, and skills

Hours: 9:00 - 17:30

・Flextime available (Core time: 10:00 - 15:00)

Probation: 3 months
