Social Worker (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Take incoming calls from family members dealing with mental disorders or substance abuse.
• Provide emotional support, guidance, and resources to callers.
• Assess the needs of the callers and connect them with appropriate services and support.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for families.

Requirements:

• Work hours: 4pm - 12am.
• Must have own laptop and strong Wi-Fi or fiber internet connection.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with care and empathy.
• Previous experience in social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
