Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
Poznan, Poland
Your responsibilities:
- Convert business requirements into high-quality solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).
- Hands-on development with an agile delivery team dedicated to design, development, and delivery of solutions.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to continually demonstrate, refine, and improve our products.
- Work alongside Deere Product Owner and 3rd-party functional consultants to develop a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform.
- Mentor and lead other software engineers on the team.
Our requirements:
- 5+ years of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) development experience.
- Experience working with software test automation techniques (Test Driven Development) and Unit Test Frameworks.
- Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions.
- Understanding of CRM tools and related business processes.
- Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex application problems.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with extending the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform through configuration as well as code using Microsoft Power Platform, Workflows, Plugins and JavaScript with one or more of the following D365 / Dynamics CRM modules: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service.
- Microsoft Azure Cloud, power platform experience, application architecture and design experience.
- Appetite for continuous learning and willingness/dedication to develop deep technical skills needed to further develop, transform, and modernize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE products, processes, and solutions.
- Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
