Job Title: Remote Technical Sales Specialist (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $2,000 - $2,400 USD/month (base salary) + attractive Commission Structure.


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Job Overview:

They are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to drive their sales efforts. In this role, you'll leverage your strong communication and sales skills, technical expertise, and ability to translate complex tech concepts into layman’s terms. Your proactive and strategic approach will be key in solution selling, proposal development, and effort estimations. Plus, you'll excel at closing deals, ensuring their solutions are effectively aligned with client needs and expectations.



Responsibilities:

  • Engage in cold calling and emailing to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of client engagement.
  • Present and sell SaaS products, custom software, and mobile application development services.
  • Create tailored proposals and solutions to meet client needs, with a strong focus on mobile and custom application development.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Conduct or undertake Demo / presentations
  • Expertly manage the sales process to close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with our solutions.


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the SaaS and custom software development industry, with a strong focus on mobile and web application development.
  • Near-native proficiency in English language.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional cold calling and email prospecting skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Expertise in appointment setting and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong solution selling skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in proposal development and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Commission Structure:

  • Option 1: Flat Commission Structure
  • Fixed Bid:2%
  • T&M & Staff Augmentation: 2.5%
  • Option 2 : Tiered Structure
  • Project Type Monthly limit Commission rate All (Fixed + T&M, Staff Aug)
  • Up to 1st 100K:1%
  • 100K-200K: 2%
  • 200K-300K: 3%
  • 300K-400k: 4%
  • 400K-500K:5%
  • Above 500K:5%
