Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Quickly address and resolve issues related to our software solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our software products to offer accurate and helpful information.
  • Document customer interactions to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and service quality.
  • Take part in ongoing training to keep your skills and product knowledge up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the software industry, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • A friendly, professional approach that fosters positive customer relationships.
