Project details:
As a Mortgage Associate at InstaMortgage, you will be the initial point of contact for potential customers. Your role will involve gathering key data points from inbound calls, entering this information into our Loan Origination Software (LOS), managing follow-up calls, and scheduling appointments. Your organizational skills and customer-focused approach will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Native level English.
• Proficiency in data entry; familiarity with Loan Origination Software (LOS) is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage data accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Organization: Excellent organizational skills; capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Customer Focused: Commitment to providing exceptional service and support to clients.
Responsibilities:
• Call Intake: Answer inbound calls from potential customers and collect 5-7 essential data points.
• Data Entry: Accurately input gathered information into our Loan Origination Software (LOS).
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to maintain engagement with potential customers and address any questions or concerns.
• Appointment Scheduling: Book and manage appointment times, ensuring they are added to our calendar efficiently.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data.
We offer you:
▪ 45 hours week: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. Includes 30 min for lunch
