2-4 years experience in Collections or Customer Service, Loan/mortgage industry experience preferred, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, 100% fluency in English, Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
Key responsabilities:
- Monitor loan aging reports for troubled accounts
- Contact borrowers about missed payments via email
- Negotiate payment plans with borrowers as needed
- Document all collection activities and statuses
- Refer accounts to the legal team when necessary
