Your mission

  • Advising the development team on test methods
  • Test automation using GUI, web services, interfaces, etc.
  • Support in the definition and introduction of test and test automation methods
  • Development and maintenance of test frameworks
  • You drive forward topics such as TDD, CI/CD (Jenkins, Gitlab, CircleCI) and software quality
  • You are also responsible for the design, development and testing of new monitoring features
  • You take responsibility for the further development of our architecture
  • You support the automation of build processes and pursue test-driven development approaches
  • You actively shape the DevOps culture in our team and help to build and distribute knowledge on the topics of deployment and operation
Your profile
  • Experience in test automation
  • Experience in Python (backend development) as well as with Pytest
  • Ideally knowledge and experience with the following technologies we use: Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Pylint, JIRA
  • Deep knowledge of the Linux command line
  • Friend of open source software
  • Several years of professional experience in the development of larger software projects
  • Agile mindset and experience with agile development practices (TDD, CI, pair programming, Scrum, Kanban, ...)
  • Passion for current technology developments and their possible applications
  • Strong ability to grasp complex tasks and answer them with solutions that are as uncomplicated as possible
  • Enjoy contact with customers and users
  • You are fluent in English
  • ISTQB® certification desirable, but not mandatory
