Job role
The Information Security Risk & Assurance Expert will manage the Allianz Services Information Security Framework, including updating key documents like the Corporate Rules Book (CRB). Some of the responsibilities include adapting and creating Information Security (IS) requirements, developing internal security pages and content, and collaborating with other IS teams. The Security Risk & Assurance Expert will ensure that both global and local entities, as well as customer projects, meet Allianz Services' security standards. Additionally, the Security Risk & Assurance Expert will ensure that assessment solutions are kept up to date with current laws and internal requirements, will support self-assessments and audits, and contribute to Information Security projects or those that affect security.
What will you do
- Determine security requirements relevant for a project, service, or unit; obtain approval on requirements from Global or IS Officer (ISO).
- Ensure that requirements are fulfilled during the design and development phase of the solution (“security by design”).
- Support the development of security standards, functional rules, guidelines considering group-wide standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the rollout of awareness campaigns to promote a strong security culture
- Assist in preparing audit materials, self-assessment documents, SharePoint pages, and management reporting and review meetings.
- Actively participate in Information Security calls and committees.
- Facilitate information exchange within local and global ISO communities.
- Serve as the primary contact for IS matters within your area of responsibility.
- Report and escalate security-related issues to the Allianz Services CISO and/or Allianz Group.
What you bring
- At least 5 years of experience in the Information Security, IT or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Information Security Management Systems and relevant industry standards, in particular ISO 27001.
- Solid understanding of Information Security, IT Security and related processes.
- Familiarity with COBIT Control Objectives.
- Experience in project management or team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving security landscapes.
- Strong mediation and negotiation skills.

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- ISO27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor
