Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the electronics sector, is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
