What you'll do

  • Be part of the metagame area of the game, focusing on the development of features that serve the game’s retention and monetization goals
  • Design, model and evaluate the performance of game systems with quantitative components
  • Contribute to and execute on the game’s retention and monetization strategies
  • Build and drive the development of new exciting features
  • Regularly and thoroughly play the game

  • Start date: asap
  • Duration: 6 month minimum
  • Occupancy rate: 100% assignment (Full-time)
  • Level: Experienced/Senior
  • Work set-up: remote from CET or onsite in Stockholm

 


Your player profile:

  • Minimum 5 years professional experience as a Systems Designer
  • Experience designing, implementing and balancing progression, monetization and other metagame systems
  • Experience with PC and/or Console productions
  • Experience working on one or more live service titles
  • Great English communication skills, both written and spoken
