About our team 

Here at Payments & Risk team we collectively aim to provide excellent customer purchase experience in a seamless, secure and reliable way. This drives us to constantly research new market opportunities, design and deliver the products that would enhance our payments infrastructure and functionality. 
As our payments platform is growing, fraudsters are adapting. They are stealthy and always looking for new ways to commit fraud. However, we strive to stay one step ahead of them by constantly looking for innovative fraud mitigation techniques to ensure our duties to customers, payment providers and regulators are met.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and strategy of machine learning systems to enhance fraud detection and payment processing capabilities.
  • Manage the whole product development lifecycle and deliver the most value-added solutions.
  • Constantly monitor the competitive landscape, use and analyze data to identify product opportunities.
  • Manage product backlog, develop roadmaps, and align them across all product teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into products.
  • Lead and develop your product team to facilitate Eneba’s growth.
  • Partner with the executive team on building your team's short and long-term strategy.
  • Ensure concise and clear communication about the product's performance and the impact it has made.
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnership opportunities.

  • Requirements
  •  2+ years of experience as a product manager with a focus on data products and machine learning systems.
  • Highly proficient in machine learning concepts and technologies, with the ability to lead technical discussions and decisions.
  • Strong technical background; a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Understanding of payments and/or risk domains.
  • Problem-solving skills with an open attitude and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, working effectively across various functions and levels, including external parties.
  • Experience in delivering a full cycle of a product: discovery, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
  • Experience with product toolsets, including but not limited to: JIRA, Productboard, Miro, Figma, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Hotjar.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and confident juggling shifting priorities and operating with limited resources.
