Job Description
Please note, this is a remote working role.
Reporting to the Senior Sales Director, the Regional Sales Director CAM Enterprise Corporate UK holds a key position that requires a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about Video Security & Access Control. Driving the Enterprise and Corporate Accounts , the Regional Sales Director will act as a primary contact for all video solutions selling initiatives with a dedicated list of channel partners in the assigned territory. Proactively manages their relationships and deploys sales actions and strategies in order to grow business and meet the account revenue goals.
This role will be responsible for leading the regional sales team covering the UK. This role will be responsible, but not limited to the following:
Develop long term relationships with partners, educate them on our solutions, understand and articulate how our solutions help them sell more and provide more value to their customers, track and report on account activity.
Assist the assigned channel partners to process orders and returns.
Work with the assigned channel partners to ensure that their staff have taken the appropriate training to deploy our solutions successfully.
Responsible for the team revenue generation, account penetration within assigned / named accounts.
Establish quarterly and annual sales objectives for all territories within the Region in coordination with the Senior Sales Director and Vice President of Sales – EMEA.
Collaborate with colleagues including Channel Sales Executives, Channel Sales Managers (Small Medium Business), Business Development Managers, Distribution, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering.
Basic Requirements
Considerable experience of video security solutions sales experience, specially in managing and developing key accounts. A multi brands selling experience is a plus.
Physical security solutions experience is an asset.
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills in both written and spoken English. An additional language is a plus.
Strong technical acumen and ability to speak towards our products and solutions.
Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships.
Strong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is required.
Time management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Proven funnel development through aggressive prospecting.
Exceptional presentation skills required.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and demonstrate new software at a high level.
Candidates must reside in the UK. Approximately 25% of regional travel is required. Majority of travel within the UK will be by car, but some national & international air travel can be expected for tradeshows and sales conferences.
