We're looking for a Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our remote team.

Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate customer disputes and complaints to determine their validity and the appropriate course of action.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into disputed transactions, gathering all necessary information and evidence.
  • Prepare detailed and persuasive responses to customer disputes, addressing each issue with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather additional information and ensure timely resolution of disputes.
  • Escalate complex disputes to senior management or legal counsel as needed and assist in the development of strategies for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispute resolution activities and outcomes for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
  • Stripe experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Previous experience in dispute resolution or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Language: English (fluent).

20 hours per week (part-time)
