You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Operations, Product, Engineering and Support, to align revenue operations with business objectives, improve processes, and maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards. This is a hands-on role that requires an individual with a strong understanding of revenue accounting in the tech industry and a passion for operational efficiency through automation.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead automation initiatives to streamline revenue recognition, billing, and financial reporting processes, enhancing accuracy and operational efficiency

  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support special projects related to revenue and growth initiatives

  • Analyse revenue data and key metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and inform forecasting

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all business units to build a strong financial framework around the company’s key activities

  • Perform month-end close activities for revenue, including reconciliations and journal entries

  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with relevant accounting standards

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations

Who We’re Looking For
  • CA / CPA preferred with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, or finance related field

  • 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in tech or start-up environments, with ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15) and experience with subscription-based billing or e-commerce operations

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of revenue operations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
