Client Executive | Adelaide


We are seeking a Client Executive to join our high performing Adelaide National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions.  

 

The Client Executive will service and grow a defined portfolio of existing clients, support with execution of new business strategies and will be a key part of business growth projects and implementation. 

 

This role will be closely supported by experienced client managers and leadership, ensuring ongoing learning and professional growth.

 

We are seeking a future Broker looking to grow their skills in a progressive culture.

 

We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.

What the day will look like

  • End to end account management of an existing portfolio of Commercial clients
  • Servicing, sales and client administration responsibilities for your portfolio
  • Build strong relationship with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively engage with clients around their risks and insurance policies
  • Respond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claims
  • Process renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing

  • Experience in a similar role or within the insurance/financial services industry (highly regarded)
  • Comfortable growing an existing Client portfolio

  • Tier 1 Qualification (Insurance Broking)
  • Basic insurance technical skills (highly regarded)
