What your days might look like
Reporting to the Events Marketing Manager, this newly created role will support the wider Operations team to ensure webinars and events are set up correctly and accurate sales information is processed through our marketing partners into our CRM systems, ready for use by our fantastic sales team.
This is a 3-month contact position supporting the APAC timezone (7am - 4pm PH time, Weekday Day Shifts) with a possibility to be converted to Full-time.
As our Events Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the administrative set up of webinars for all regions using platforms such as Zoom, WordPress, and Marketo
- Conducting research on Zoom sessions and testing new processes/setups to train up relevant stakeholders for Zoom webinars
- Working closely with the wider Operations team to set reports up in Salesforce and gathering data from Marketo, Salesforce and Zoom to create and maintain event reporting across all regions to ensure timely feedback on actionable items
- Collaborating with Events, CRM and Operations teams to maintain a streamlined reporting process and post-events lead allocation process
What you'll bring:
- 1-2 years of data management experience in a Marketing / Events / CRM / Marketing Operations role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience with organising large sets of mixed data into organised “ready to action” status.
- Thorough with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems (Marketo & Salesforce a bonus).
- Hardworking and tenacious attitude to help your team succeed.
- Understanding of relevant event information
- You have demonstrated the ability to think outside the box, enjoy challenges and are solutions oriented.
