Community Manager & Support

Our client is a real-time blockchain analytics app used by over 2 million crypto traders every month! As a lean team of 7 at the forefront of the rapidly expanding crypto industry, they're looking for a talented Community Manager to join their ranks.

In this fast-paced role, you will:

• Thrive in a Startup Environment: Work on a rapidly growing product used by millions of people around the world.
• Flexible Schedule: Choose your shift from two options: Monday-Friday (4am-12pm UTC) or Tuesday-Saturday (8pm-4am UTC).
• Community Champion: Manage and engage with users across DEX Screener's Telegram and Discord channels, utilizing bots to streamline communication.
• Problem-solving & Communication: Provide exceptional support to users of all experience levels, addressing inquiries patiently and professionally, even when dealing with frustrated users.
• Technical Expertise: Be comfortable with customer support systems like Front.com.
• Independent Spirit: Thrive in a small, agile team environment where you can work independently and take ownership.

To be successful, you possess:

• Strong resilience and patience when interacting with users in the crypto space.
• Proven experience managing online communities on platforms like Telegram and Discord.
• Excellent communication and community engagement skills.
• Comfort working independently within a small team environment.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency terminology and the crypto community culture.
