Job description

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our client with a range of administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage calendar and schedule appointments.
  2. Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly.
  3. Assist with personal tasks such as paying bills and organizing appointments.
  4. Reconcile financial entities and assist with budget management.
  5. Prepare and send invoices to clients.
  6. Coordinate and follow up on maintenance calls and requests.
  7. Learn to make calls to companies for tasks such as setting up accounts and collections.
  8. Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  3. Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  9. Dual screen monitor


Additional Information:

  • This is an onsite position (BPO SEATS MARQUEE MALL Angeles City)
  • Training will be provided for tasks requiring new skills or software knowledge.
  • Fix Mon-Fri Night shift
