JOB DESCRIPTION

Adoption Specialist -OCM Organization Change Management Specialist (Basecamp 2.0) 



Job Description -OCM Basecamp 2.0

  • Accountable and single owner for all OCM ( Organization Change Management) and communication related tasks on the project, reporting to the squad leads and Project Owner Board (POB)
  • Driver on Newsletters and other initiatives aimed at highlighting achievements of the team and impact of BC2 within Roche (suggest topics, collect from SMEs & streams)
  • Drive/chase-up/report-back proactively, transparently and autonomously on tasks provided by the POB (request 1:1s/POB attendance where applicable)
  • Create and drive forward OCM ( Organization Change Management) strategy for the whole project (around the “people-part” of the rolling out the IT solutions, business change as well as project-intern and towards stakeholders) and coach the team around this strategy 
  • Drive communication efforts around business- and business-process-related changes and efforts (based on project’s PI Planning) and provide guidance, communication templates etc. across all levels of the organization on how to implement those changes
  • Manage OCM/Comms work transparently and with contextualization in the PI Planning board
  • Manage prioritization of OCM ( Organization Change Management) /Comms work dynamically in relation to overall project Milestone updates
  • Do stakeholder Interviews to know the pulse of how BC2 is perceived
  • Write communication targeted to end-users, stakeholders and higher management
  • Maintain G+ site
  • Create communication targeted to end users for rollout 
  • Support with training creation and with the training strategy if required 
  • Manage workload of Communication Specialist jointly with RTE

 

Skills

  • 5 years of relevant OCM ( Organization Change Management) experience 
  • Experience with Prosci ADKAR model
  • Experience with introducing / changing business processes from a change management point of view
  • University degree in Communication Management preferred
  • 3 years of relevant experience in multinational company
  • Experience in creating communication (newsletters, presentations, rollouts comms etc.) targeted for various audiences
  • Previous experience in software rollouts and communicating with end users
  • Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills

Required :

  • Autonomous, perseverant, proactive 
  • Excellent English language skills (ideally English native speaker or equivalent proficiency); German-speaking is a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Suite

Desired : 

Experience working in Pharma structure is an Advantage
