Senior AI Consultant - Fully Remote

Are you experienced in creating solutions for AI/ML projects?

Would you like to join an expanding team and influence change? 

We are seeking an experienced SME in AI/ML Technology to lead the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions, particularly for government clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding technical teams, ensuring application quality, and driving innovation in AI/ML projects.

Your Tasks Will Include:

• Provide expert knowledge on AI/ML techniques and algorithms.
• Lead the design and development of AI/ML models.
• Drive innovation using machine learning frameworks and data science techniques.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback.
• Ensure applications adhere to industry standards and regulations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with government clients and internal stakeholders.
• Simplify AI/ML concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Advise on AI/ML strategy and implementation.
• Stay updated on AI/ML advancements.
• Drive R&D initiatives for new AI/ML models and solutions.
• Mentor junior team members.

To be a good fit for the Senior AI Consultant role, you will have:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6-10 years in AI/ML development, especially within the public sector.
• Proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong programming in Python, R, or Java.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

Keys to success:

• Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI).
• Familiarity with AI ethics and data privacy regulations.
• Large-scale AI/ML implementation experience.
