Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Level 2/3 professional with a strong background working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, security features, Microsoft Autopilot, Microsoft Intune, and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

You will be responsible for delivering advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex client issues, and managing device deployments and security configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2/3 technical support for Microsoft 365 and its security features.
  • Manage device provisioning and deployment using Microsoft Autopilot.
  • Configure and oversee Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security compliance.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for user management, authentication, and access control.
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols and best practices in cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues from clients in an MSP setting, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality support and maintain SLAs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in an MSP environment, handling multiple client infrastructures.
  • In-depth expertise with Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with security protocols, compliance, and best practices in cloud environments.
