Venue Listings and Availability Coordinator

Remote position UK

Salary R18 - 26000 PM

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to manage the venue listing process and ensure our venue availability is accurate and up to date. You will act as a key point of contact for venue partners, helping them navigate the listing process and ensuring that their availability is correctly reflected on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Venue Listings Management: Oversee the entire process of venue listing creation, from sourcing new venues to finalising their listings on the platform. Ensure all listings meet company standards in terms of accuracy and quality.

  • Availability Monitoring: Ensure that office availability for venues is consistently updated and reflects accurate real-time data. Utilise Excel to manage the availability reports, notifying venues and internal teams of any updates or issues that may impact availability.

  • Data Accuracy: Verify and audit venue listings to ensure all informationsuch as location, pricing, capacity, and amenitiesis accurate. Work with venues and the sales team to correct any missing or inaccurate data.

  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for venue partners, handling inquiries and providing guidance to ensure their listings are optimised and meet quality requirements.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with venue partners to ensure they have a positive experience on our platform and understand how to navigate the venue portal independently.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine the venue listing process, implementing improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tools and systems related to listing management.

  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues related to venue listings or availability promptly, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams, clients and venues.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to confidently perform basic VLOOKUP functions

  • Confident in communicating with venues via email, phone, and other communication channels.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy across venue listings and availability information.

  • Ability to handle large volumes of data and maintain quality control across all listings.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
