Hours: Full Time 

Location: Fully remote. This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely from one of our home countries in Sweden, Malta, Hungary, Spain or Poland.

Contract: Permanent

What the role entails:

Some of the key responsibilities of our Automation Developer will be: 

  • Drive efficiency within the organisation’s internal systems and processes.
  • Enhancing the platforms and tools needed to scale the business intelligently through automation tools and workflows
  • Managing day-to-day internal client interaction including their expectations
  • Escalates issues to external vendors/supplier when required
  • Identify opportunities to utilise the Microsoft Power Platform tools, mainly Power Apps and Power Automate to improve existing tools and systems
  • Be the main contact point in driving the approach towards service delivery automation 
  • Integrate between different systems and data sources
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data management through compliance with the corporate information security requirements
  • Demonstrate solutions to internal stakeholders and discuss feedback and changes
  • Assisting with 2nd and 3rd line issues relating to automation and systems’ integrations
  • Contribute to the production of standard configurations, documentation, and procedures
  • Conduct knowledge sharing to promote standardization and simplification

 

What we ask of you:

  • Expert knowledge of Graph API, Azure, Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
  • Ability to interact at multiple business levels in a tactful manner
  • Effective stakeholder and change management skills

Preferences:

  • Good knowledge of Python
  • ITILv4 certified
  • Power Platform Certifications
  • Working knowledge of security standards and risk management principles
  • Task and problem management
