In this role you will:
  • Assist with the complete process of an event, campaign, sponsorship and / or partnership, including planning, running the actual project and the post-project evaluation.

  • Be responsible for all operational and administrative matters to ensure project efficiency (booking venues, managing invoicing, processing purchases, liaising with suppliers and partners, undertaking relevant logistics, etc.).

  • Attend events and provide ongoing assistance to ensure they run smoothly.

  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and analyses.

  • Assist in managing the company's social media accounts to engage our target audiences.

  • Provide assistance to marketing team members with any other departmental projects as needed.

You are our perfect candidate if you have:
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or other project management

  • Experience in managing administrative tasks

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Good problem solving skills and an eye for detail 

  • A flare for creativity and innovation

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate fluently in both Lithuanian and English

  • Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner

  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms

Our offer:
  • The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 1800 - 2300 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
