Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while promptly addressing customer inquiries.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and professional service.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and overall customer experience.
  • Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and quality in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
