  • Accurately document all customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Hungarian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing various tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
  • Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.
