Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support to Lithuanian-speaking clients across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally to enhance their overall experience.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to accurately assist customers.
  • Document all interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system to ensure thorough communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and maintain up-to-date knowledge.
  • Offer suggestions for process improvements to better serve our customer base.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Lithuanian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning about a new culture while working abroad.
