What you will do:

  • Research and identify prospective new customers on various platforms;
  • Conduct meetings with clients;
  • Handle email correspondence with the prospects;
  • Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs;
  • Assist in writing commercial proposals and developing sales opportunities;
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort;
  • Provide consistent, accurate, and timely bi-weekly sales lead gen activity reports to management;
  • Provide feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs;
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in business development is a must;
  • Experience with B2B markets in the EU, US, Canada and similar;
  • Understanding of helpdesk, CRM market;
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2 both in writing and speaking);
  • Experience in conducting Discovery calls;
  • Have successful closed deals;
  • Excellent communication skills: you should be a great listener with the capability to communicate in a clear and simple manner;
  • Discipline and ability to plan, organize, and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner in order to achieve the goal;
  • Ability to work in a team and independently;
  • Fast learning skills, adaptability to new environments, and flexibility to quickly grasp new concepts;
  • Out of the box thinking with the desire to explore creative ideas proactively.
